Full -Time position.

Company:

  • The Data Vault is looking for a reliable, team oriented, trustworthy person to join the Customer Service Team located in our secured records management center in Middletown, KY.
  • The Data Vault, a Professional Records Management company, is taking applications for a Customer Service Representative to answer phones, create work orders, and address all aspects related to providing outstanding customer service. Position will require frequent communications with customers both by phone and via the internet.

It is very important that our candidate possess the following qualities and skills:

  • Microsoft Office products experience.
  • ACTS experience a plus.
  • Must be a detailed and team oriented problem solver.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • A team player/customer service mindset.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Additional Information/Benefits:

Compensation is $10.00 - $12.00 an hour and benefits included are medical insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, long term disability, and a 401k/403b plan. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Required education and experience:

  • High School Diploma
