Responding to a couple of general questions submitted in our suggestions portion:
Q: The data-on-command system isn’t very user friendly. Are there any plans to improve this?
A: Our team has made upgrading our interfaces a priority this year, and we hope to have the modifications in place by the end of 2015. Stay tuned for more information on the new features and client training as we move closer to the projected rollout date!
Q: Some of our staff members have expressed interest in changing the timing of our pickups to make them more consistent. What can we do about this?
A: We’re happy to customize services to meet each client’s unique needs and we do our best to maintain a tight schedule, but please keep in mind that unpredictable occurrences like traffic delays can occur. The set routes are optimized to accommodate all of our customers, but if circumstances require we do offer direct pickups and rush services for an additional charge. Please review your customer procedure manual or contact our customer service department if you have additional questions!
All respondents were invited to enter in a voluntary prize drawing at the end of the survey, and the winners were: Sherri C. with Crosby Law Offices for the Fitbit Charge HR, Diana F. from Mather & Company with a $25 gift card to Texas Roadhouse, and Kay G. of Unique Prescotech for a pair of tickets to the Louisville Slugger Museum!
On behalf of the entire Data Vault staff, we thank you for your support and for taking the time to give us your feedback. Each and every survey is read by our management team and provides valuable information on the future direction of our company.
