2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The results of The Data Vault’s annual customer survey are in! Thank you to the over 225 respondents who took the time to fill out the survey and give us your valuable feedback. As part of our goal to provide you with the best customer service experience possible, we use the results of these surveys to help us evaluate progress and constantly improve all areas of our operation.

Here’s a few things you told us…

98% are happy with their level of customer service

96% would recommend The Data Vault to friends and colleagues

61% are seeing stable or increasing paper usage in their organization

33% have begun the transition to cloud computing based backup

When it came to choosing a vendor for business services, the top 3 things you look for are:

  • Customer service
  • Price

Responding to a couple of general questions submitted in our suggestions portion:

Q: The data-on-command system isn’t very user friendly. Are there any plans to improve this?

A: Our team has made upgrading our interfaces a priority this year, and we hope to have the modifications in place by the end of 2015. Stay tuned for more information on the new features and client training as we move closer to the projected rollout date!

Q: Some of our staff members have expressed interest in changing the timing of our pickups to make them more consistent. What can we do about this?

A: We’re happy to customize services to meet each client’s unique needs and we do our best to maintain a tight schedule, but please keep in mind that unpredictable occurrences like traffic delays can occur. The set routes are optimized to accommodate all of our customers, but if circumstances require we do offer direct pickups and rush services for an additional charge. Please review your customer procedure manual or contact our customer service department if you have additional questions!
