2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results


The results of The Data Vault’s annual customer survey are in! Thank you to the over 350 respondents who took the time to fill out the survey and give us your valuable feedback. As part of our goal to provide you with the best customer service experience possible, we use the results of these surveys to help us evaluate progress and constantly improve all areas of our operation.

Here’s a few things you told us…

97% are happy with their level of customer service

97% would recommend The Data Vault to friends and colleagues

65% are seeing stable or increasing paper usage in their organization

48% have begun the transition to cloud based disaster recovery and backup

When it came to choosing a vendor for business services, the top 3 things you look for are:

All respondents were invited to enter in a voluntary prize drawing at the end of the survey, and the winners received a Fitbit Charge HR, $25 gift card to Texas Roadhouse, and a pair of tickets to the Muhammad Ali Center!
