As a tenant in one of the largest downtown office towers our client had previously occupied multiple floors within the building for their exclusive use, but during negotiations with the building manager the decision was made to consolidate their floors and allow for new businesses in the building. Complicating this sudden shift, the stipulation was added that the move had to be completed and ready for new occupants within four weeks.
