2011Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

 We would like to thank everyone who participated in our 2012 Satisfaction Survey.
 Surveys were sent out on March 12th.
 130 responses
 9.2% over all response rate.

 We received very positive and useful feedback from all of our customers.
 We will take into consideration all feedback when making upcoming updates and changes to our processes and software.
 99% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with our Service Levels.
 98% of our customers would recommend us to business associates or acquaintances.
 99% of our respondents were very satisfied with our Customer Service Staff.
